LGBTQ+ Judges Presentation: Retirement on Trial

Why is it that so many judges (and attorneys) are reluctant to even broach the topic of retirement? Stephen Herman and Evelyn Neaman explored this in their documentary “Retirement on Trial.” Please join Steve and a few of our members as they explore that answers to this question. The program will cover the internal wrestling that judges and lawyers can experience, as well as the many different forms that retirement can take. Whether you have been on the bench for one year or for fifteen years, this session is for you.
