Honorable Michael J. Callaghan

After 22 years of working in Toronto Crown Attorney’s office, Justice Callaghan joined the Ontario Court of Justice in March 2020. In his short time on the bench, he will be remembered for his fundamental kindness and fairness. Friends also remember Justice Callaghan for his ability to make people laugh when they needed it the most.

Justice Callaghan is survived by his husband Wade, who was the love of his life.
