Our fabulous Annual Meeting and Conference will be held July 27-30, 2025, in New York, N.Y.

The big event is scheduled in conjunction with Lavender Law, the annual conference of the U.S.-based National LGBTQ+ Bar Association.  Our Annual Meeting and Conference attracts judges from multiple countries, including Canada, the U.S., and others.

Hotel Information

Our Association has rooms guaranteed at the W Hotel Times Square (next door to the Marriott Marquis, where Lavender Law and our conference events are being held) at the government rate of $237.00 USD plus a resort fee of $40.00 and taxes. President’s Reception at Stonewall National Monument Visitors Center, 51 Christopher Street.  5:30 p.m. – 7:30 p.m.  This space is special, but capacity is limited to 75 people. Overflow will be next door at the Stonewall Inn and in a courtyard. We invite members to join us, with up to one guest if they are bringing someone to our events.

During the day while Association meetings are taking place, we are arranging walking tours for spouses/partners (i.e., Pride History Tour of Greenwich Village and LGBTQ+ Secrets of the Met tour). Details to follow.
